For step-by-step instructions, refer to the user guide.

How long is the trial and can you interrupt it?

On an existing Jira Cloud license (any plan), you can evaluate Pivot Report free for 30 days. Canceling your Pivot Report subscription will interrupt the trial but will not uninstall the app. You can re-enable the trial within the original 30-day period.

On a new Jira Cloud Premium plan trial (7 days), Pivot Report can be evaluated during the same 7-day period.

Can you extend the trial with Colined’s help?

Yes. If you’d like to extend your trial, please email us or submit a request to our support team with your site URL, and we’ll be happy to assist.

Colined also provides a 90-day grace period after your trial ends. During this time, you can continue using the app. After the grace period, the license must be paid, or it will be cancelled.

Can you request this app, if you don't have admin access to install it?

Yes. On Cloud, if you do not have permission to install apps, clicking Try it free will open a pop-up to submit an app request. Once submitted, a Jira admin will be notified and can either start a trial, purchase the app, or dismiss the request.

What data is retained once you uninstall the app?

Once you uninstall the app, Colined retains app data for 30 days. This includes several types of data, such as information used for troubleshooting. During this period, you can choose to reactivate the app without any data loss.

For more details, including the types of data retained, see the related article on Cloud Security and Privacy Policy.

As a Jira Server user what are your migration options?

Atlassian ended support for Jira Server on February 15, 2024. Starting from Jira Software 9.13, new releases support only Data Center licenses.

We provide a guide on what app data is migrated from Jira Server to Cloud, in a related article.

Troubleshooting

How can you resolve the “Something went wrong” error while loading Pivot Report?

This error may appear when the app loads slowly and then fails. Common causes include:

  • Expired access token – Reload the page to see if the error no longer appears.

  • Firewall restrictions – Your firewall may be blocking the atlassian.net domain. Although .net is a common top-level domain, some customers have recently needed to explicitly allow it.
