Export contents from each report section

The exported workbook contains two sheets, one for each section.

Summary section

The Summary sheet contains a user column, a field column (if you selected one for Group By), and columns for the selected interval such as Day, Week, or Month.

Breakdown section

The Breakdown sheet contains the following default columns: Worklog By, Priority, Issue Type, Issue, Summary, Worklog Date, Time Spent (Hours), and Comment.

The Issue and Summary columns are hyperlinked to your Jira instance, matching their behavior in the Breakdown section of the report.

If you select up to three additional fields in the report, they are added as columns in the Breakdown section.

How will time-based values appear?

When you export a report, all time-based values are converted to hours.

For example, 30 minutes appears as 0.5 hours.

For values expressed in days or weeks, the conversion follows the Global time tracking settings defined in your Jira environment.

For example, if one day equals 8 hours and one week equals 40 hours in your settings, the exported report reflects those values.
