Why is the Breakdown section not appearing in your tab type?
The Breakdown section is disabled by default in the Pivot, Capacity, Worklogs, and Warnings tab types. To enable it, open the Report sidebar and activate the section manually. Please note that:

The Breakdown section is not available in the Charts and Issue Structure tab types.

In the Issue Structure tab type, the Summary section is used instead of Breakdown.
